Response PolicyにてLAN Portダウン時に通知を送ることが可能です。

▼Home > Detection & Response Policy > Response Policyにて
①Criteriaの項目で「Add Criteria」より、「Indication」、「Is」、「LAN port down」を選択
②Responseの項目で「Send Notification」にチェックを入れ、通知先を設定
